“For over 16 years I have been working in the Information Technology field for various companies and entities and have observed that one major aspect was missing from the customer experience: empathy.

I feel in order to successfully help an individual with a frustrating process like technology one has to put themselves in their customer’s shoes in order to fully comprehend what they need assistance with, what they need more information on and how to better equip themselves in the ever changing field of technology. Without empathy a lot of the essence of helping someone with a tech issue is lost. The initial issue is solved yet a few questions still remain and linger until a bigger issue develops.

Which is why I started Web Design by A Blake Tech which is now A Blake Tech.
